New York-based BAM Property Development has submitted plans to Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee for a 14-story mixed-use building in the city’s Flagler Village neighborhood. Situated at 650 North Andrews Avenue and bordered by North Flagler Drive to the northwest, Northeast 7th Avenue to the north, and Northeast 1st Avenue to the east, the proposed 175-foot-tall structure is set to offer 469,680 gross square feet. This space allocation includes 215,350 square feet for residential purposes across 257 units, 74,585 square feet for amenities, tenant storage, common areas, and 11,400 square feet designated for retail use. The development also plans to feature an integrated parking garage with a capacity of 361 vehicles. The design team includes Idea Architects as the design architect, Architectural Alliance Landscape as the landscape architect, Flynn Engineering as the civil engineer, DC Engineers, Inc. as the traffic engineer, and Stephanie J. Toothaker, ESQ as the land use attorney. The project was set for review on November 28.

STOCK Residences, the luxury condominium division of Naples-based STOCK Development, has begun construction on The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples, the first Ritz-Carlton-branded residences in the area. The groundbreaking ceremony on November 16 welcomed over 100 industry leaders, local dignitaries, property owners, and top-producing realtors to the project’s waterfront site. This milestone event featured a champagne toast and brunch. Architectural firm CGHJ Architects, internationally renowned interior architect Cristian Pinedo, landscape architecture firm Booth Design Group, and J.R. Evans Engineering are collaborating on this project. Suffolk Construction serves as the general contractor.

FAA Permits Filed For Related’s ‘East’ And ‘West’ Office Towers At 550 S. Rosemary Avenue In West Palm Beach

A filing with the Federal Aviation Administration on November 21 has revealed that Hudson Yards developer Related Companies has applied for building permits for their new office project in West Palm Beach. Named the East and West Towers, this project will be located at 550 South Rosemary Avenue, signaling a significant step towards developing the 1-million-square-foot complex and continuing Related’s trend of expanding its office portfolio in the evolving intracoastal city. The permit details include the East Tower reaching 345 feet above ground, or 366 feet above mean sea level, while the West Tower is planned to rise 335 feet above ground, or 356 feet above mean sea level. If approved, both towers would be among the tallest in West Palm Beach. The East and West Towers are part of Related’s redevelopment within the mixed-use project The Square, formerly Rosemary Square.

Developers Get FAA Approval For 390-Foot-Tall Mixed-Use Project At 1242 Channelside Drive In Tampa’s Channel District

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved building permits for 1242 Channelside Drive, a mixed-use development planned by Stamford, Connecticut-based Post Road Group in collaboration with VeLa Development Partners in Tampa’s Channel District. The FAA has authorized the project to reach 390 feet above ground, or 403 feet above mean sea level. The permit application was submitted on October 2 and received approval on November 21. The developers will retain the permits until May 21, 2025.

Florida East Coast Realty Seeks Demolition Permit for 19-Story Building, Paving Path for One Bayfront Plaza Supertall
