A 35-story tower known as Domus Brickell Center is advancing in the heart of Miami’s Brickell district, as the development team recently finalized a utilities agreement with Miami-Dade’s Water & Sewer Department. The agreement, recorded on June 30, 2025, clears the way for groundbreaking and future vertical construction. According to The Next Miami, the upcoming tower is planned to include 579 fully furnished hotel-style units and 3,507 square feet of full-service restaurant space. Designed with short-term rental flexibility in mind, the project is being developed by North Development, a joint venture between Miami-based Oak Capital, led by Ricardo Dunin, and Edifica, a prominent development firm based in Peru.

Construction is moving forward on The Berkeley Palm Beach, a 25-story condominium development underway at 601 and 621 Clearwater Park Road, facing Clear Lake in West Palm Beach. New Construction Permit Application Filed For 78-Story Ora By Casa Tua In Brickell, Miami

A new construction permit application has been filed for Ora by Casa Tua, a planned 78-story mixed-use tower at 1210 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The filing was submitted to the City of Miami’s Building Department on June 19 by Fortune International Group, which acquired the development site in 2024. The permit, with an alternative address 1205 Brickell Plaza,  outlines plans for a 1,149,177-square-foot structure with an estimated hard construction cost of $201,105,980. No contractor has yet been assigned to the permit.
