Developers Get Approval To Move Forward With ‘The Fifth Miami Beach’ Office Project Designed By Alberto Campo Baeza

Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners, two internationally recognized real estate development firms, announced they have received approval from the City of Miami Beach to proceed with the construction of a new 5-story Class A+ office building designed by renowned Spanish master architect Alberto Campo Baeza named The Fifth Miami Beach. It will be Baeza’s first commercial building in the United States. World-renowned architecture firm Gabellini Sheppard Associates is designing the interiors, award-winning firm Cube 3 is the executive architect and Miami-based Urban Robot Associates is the project’s landscape architect. Plans Filed For 30-Story Flagler Sky View With 270 Residential Units At 501 NE 4th Street In Fort Lauderdale

Sites plans for a 30-story multifamily mixed-use building have been filed with Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee (DRC) addressed as 501 Northeast 4th Street in the city’s Downtown Core. The building would rise approximately 380-feet tall and would yield 441,654 square feet of space including 270 residential units and 2,680 square feet of ground floor retail space. The project is designed by Fort Lauderdale’s very own FSMY Architects + Planners and is being proposed for development by Mainstreet NCC Flagler LLC, an entity managed by Paul J. Kilgallon of Mainstreet Capital Partners (Mainstreet). The project is currently dubbed Flagler Sky View, and was scheduled for review on June 14, 2022.

42 Pine Lands $35.5 Million Construction Loan From BridgeCity Capital, Reaches 50% Sold Mark

Brooklyn, New York-based BridgeCity Capital is providing $35.5 million in financing to Miami Beach-based JP Roosevelt to begin construction on 42 Pine, an 8-story boutique condominium building envisioned for 340 West 42nd Street between Sheridan Drive and Pine Tree Drive in Nautilus, Miami Beach. The project is designed inside and out by Arquitectonica with landscaping by ULU Studio and offers 50 well-appointed residences spanning 700 to 2,700 square feet, ranging between 1-to-3 bedroom residences and penthouse units. Sales launched just over a month ago, and has already reached the 50% sold mark. Units are priced from $700,000 to $4,000,000 with sales and marketing exclusively handled by Mushka Jacobson of Douglas Elliman.
