300 Banyan Boutique Office Tower Begins Construction In Downtown West Palm Beach

Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners and Wheelock Street Capital are proud to announce the start of construction for 300 Banyan, a 12-story boutique office development located at 300 Banyan Boulevard in the Clematis Waterfront District in West Palm Beach. Designed by Toronto-based B+H Architects Corp. and West local architect Spina ORourke + Partners, plans include 100,000 square feet of Class-A office, 15,000 square feet of private outdoor terrace space, and a 300-space parking garage. 300 Banyan is the second phase of Brand Atlantic’s two-phase, mixed-use commercial development, with 111 Olive already under construction and delivering at the end of 2022. Delivery and occupancy of 300 Banyan are scheduled for early 2024, and pre-leasing efforts for the office space will commence Q3 of 2022. Gilbane Building Co. is the general contractor.

CEDARst Companies Proposes 12-Story Mixed-Use Development For 745 N. Andrews Avenue In Progresso Village, Fort Lauderdale

Development plans have been filed for 745 North Andrews Avenue, a 12-story mixed-use building proposed for a 1.46-acre property bound by Northwest 8th Street and Northwest 1st Avenue in Progresso Village, Fort Lauderdale. Designed by local architect Dorsky + Yue International Architecture for Chicago-based developer CEDARst Companies, plans for the 130-foot-tall development include 369,622 square feet of space comprising 220 residential units, 5,783 square feet of ground floor commercial space and an integrated 354-space parking garage. The application was scheduled for review on July 12, 2022 by the city’s Development Review Committee, which lists Lochrie & Chakas, P.A. as the land use attorney, Architectural Alliance Landscape as the landscape architect and Flynn Engineering Services, P.A. as the civil engineer.

FAA Building Permits Approved For 497-Foot-Tall Structure At 526 NE 34th Street In Edgewater

The Federal Aviation Administration has approved building permits for a 497-foot-tall structure in Edgewater, Miami. According to the included coordinates, the building would occupy a 22,000-square-foot assemblage of lots including 510, 522, 526 and 532 Northeast 34th Streets. The property is located across the street from the Hamilton on the Bay rental tower, and is just steps away from a dead end on Northeast 34th Street fronting Biscayne Bay. Three of the lots are owned by Nardware Properties LLC, and the other by 510 34th LLC; Hamilton on the Bay III, LLC is listed as the applicant, all of which are affiliates of Denver-based real estate developer AIMCO. The permits were applied for on April 13, 2022, and were approved by the FAA on July 8, 2022, lasting only three months for approvals.

Construction is complete on Villa Valencia, 13-story luxury residential high-rise building at 515 Valencia Avenue in Coral Gables, Miami-Dade County. Designed by local architect Hamed Rodriguez Architects with Miami-based L&ND as the landscape architect and developed by Miami-based Location Ventures, the approximately 154-foot-tall structure comprises a distinguished collection of just 39 luxury condominiums ranging from two to three-bedroom units. The development integrates the revolutionary Delos’ DARWIN Home Wellness Intelligence network which provides advanced air purification, water filtration, lighting solutions and enhanced sleep systems. Villa Valencia recently received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO); closings are currently underway, and residents have begun to occupy their residences.
