One Thousand Group Files Plans For 47-Story Office Tower Designed By Kohn Pedersen Fox And ODP Architects

One Thousand Group, the developers behind the illustrious One Thousand Museum and the highly anticipated Villa Miami, led by principals Louis Birdman, Michael Konig, and Kevin Venger, have submitted plans for a 47-story, 635-foot-tall Class-A ultra-luxury office tower to the City of Miami. The tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm Kohn Pederson Fox (KPF), headquartered in New York City, known globally for its expertise in designing office towers, including iconic structures like One Vanderbilt, 10, 30 & 55 Hudson Yards in NYC. Florida-based ODP Architecture & Design is serving as the Architect of Record for the project. The plans were filed by Tower 36, LLC, an affiliate of One Thousand Group. The project is currently referred to as Tower 36 and is scheduled for review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board on Wednesday, October 18th.

Renderings Reveal Planned 55-Story Tower Designed By Fogarty Finger At 419 NE 19th Street In Edgewater, Miami

Renderings have been unveiled for 419 Northeast 19th Street, a 55-story multifamily residential project slated for a 14,190-square-foot triangular plot in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, near Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay, precisely where North Bayshore Boulevard and Northeast 4th Avenue converge. The project is designed by the acclaimed New York-based architectural firm, Fogarty Finger, and is being developed by 419 NE 19th Street Owner LLC, a New York-based entity affiliated with SB Development led by Joseph Stern. The proposed tower is set to soar impressively to a height of 641 feet, making it a prominent addition to Miami’s skyline. Within its 652,362 gross square feet of space, the tower will accommodate 463 residential units, a wealth of amenities spread across three levels, and an indoor parking facility capable of housing up to 172 vehicles. The plans for this project have been officially submitted and are scheduled for review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board on October 18.

St. Petersburg’s Development Review Commission has given the green light to an expansive mixed-use development slated for the Skyway Marina District. Spanning 34.3 acres, the project, known as Skyway Village, is a phased, master-planned endeavor. It involves the demolition of most of the existing 380,000-square-foot office park at 3102 34th Street South, to be replaced by a series of new mid-rise buildings featuring a blend of apartments and walkable community retail. Notably, a Sprouts Farmers Market is set to anchor the retail component. Initially reported by St. Pete Rising, the project was proposed for an underutilized office park, formerly housing Minneapolis-based Ceridian, known for its human resources software and services.
