Forté Development Announces Interiors by Steven G. as Interior Designer for Forté Luxe in Jupiter

Marius Fortelni, founder and CEO of Forté Development, has announced Interiors by Steven G. as the interior designer for Forté Luxe, a luxury boutique waterfront community located at 12450 Crystal Cove Place, Jupiter, Florida. The community will feature 15 multi-level residences on a peninsula, surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway on three sides. Forté Luxe is scheduled for completion in Q2 2025 and will offer views reminiscent of the cobalt blue waters in the Bahamas. The price range for these residences is set from $4.35 million to $8 million.

One Park Tower By Turnberry Secures $172M Construction Loan Facilitated By Berkadia

Berkadia announced it arranged for $172 million in construction financing for ONE Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story, 292-unit condominium tower located at 2411 Laguna Circle in the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in North Miami, Florida. Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by the globally acclaimed Meyer Davis and landscaping by DS Boca, the building offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including a selection of penthouses. The financing deal was orchestrated by Managing Director Scott Wadler, Associate Director Alec Fox, Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, and Managing Directors Brad Williamson and Matt Robbins of Berkadia South Florida. It was closed with Bank OZK on behalf of Turnberry, led by Chairman and CEO Jackie Soffer, on March 25.

Sumaida + Khurana Announces Plans For Another Office Building In Miami Beach, A First In The Americas By Pritzker Prize-Winning Architect Eduardo Souta de Moura

Internationally recognized real estate development firm Sumaida + Khurana has announced that Pritzker Prize-winning architect Eduardo Souta de Moura will design its new Class A+ office building at the corner of Fifth Street and Alton Road. This is the first building in North and South America for Souta de Moura. Sumaida + Khurana is partnering with property owners Roslyn and Norton Nesis and Robert and Miriam Weiss of Weiss Properties for the project located in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood. Aaron Butler of Avenue Real Estate Partners structured the partnership. The design team also includes Zyscovich as the executive architect and Gabellini Sheppard designing the interior architecture. Sumaida + Khurana expects to start construction in 2025, with completion expected in the following year.

CREI Holdings has secured a $67 million construction loan from Centennial Bank to build an affordable workforce housing mid-rise building at 455 Northwest 114th Avenue in the City of Sweetwater, Miami-Dade County.
