Dezer Development Announces 749-Foot-Tall Bentley Residences In Sunny Isles Beach

The Sunny Isles Beach area will be gaining another luxury-branded tower sometime in the near future, which seems to be all the craze in Miami’s high-end residential space these days. Dezer Development, the triumphant developer behind Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa, officially announced a new partnership with luxury automaker Bentley Motors to develop a 749-foot-tall residential skyscraper along the Sunny Isles oceanfront.

Construction is now approaching the half-way mark at 830 Brickell Plaza, a 57-story office tower in the Brickell neighborhood, Miami’s Financial District bordering Downtown and Riverside. Adjacent to the Eight Street light rail station, the 724-foot-tall skyscraper is designed by renown architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and developed by OKO Group.

Exterior Work Progresses At Melo Group’s 51-Story Downtown 5th

Exterior work is progressing at Downtown 5th, two twin 51-story residential towers addressed as 25 NE 5th Street and 55 NE 5th Street in Miami’s Central Business District. The 1,422,969-square-foot structure rises to is designed by Melo Architecture and developed by Melo Group, yielding 1,042 units and approximately 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Melo’s in-house team is handling leasing and marketing for the residences, which range from one-to-three bedroom floor plans, including several duplexes and penthouse level units. The development is bounded by NE 5th Street to the south, NE 6th Street to the north, NE 1st Avenue to the west and N Miami Avenue to the east and is walking distance from the American Airlines Arena and Miami Central Station.

The current development at this location features 116 units within 30 two-story buildings, and the applicant is proposing to redevelop the site into 8 three-story buildings yielding 273,318 square feet of residential space across 276 units.
