FAA filings have been submitted for a 695-foot-tall tower at 20 NE 8th Street on Block E within the Miami Worldcenter complex in Downtown Miami. Designed by Nichols Architects and developed by New York City-based Lalezarian Properties, the structure appears to correspond with Phase 2B of Miami World Towers, a future phase planned for the south-central portion of the block. The filings, identified as ASN 2026-ASO-8298-OE through 2026-ASO-8300-OE, were submitted on May 21, 2026 by MWT X LLC, an affiliate of the developer, and are currently under aeronautical study by the Federal Aviation Administration, with the structure rising between 707 and 708 feet above sea level.

FAA determinations have been issued for eight proposed high-rise towers associated with the planned redevelopment of The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. The filings, issued on May 13, 2026 to FLL GALLERIA VENTURE, LLC and addressed to Ron Tencer of InSite Group, list eight structures labeled B1 through B8, each rising 342 feet above ground level, or approximately 350 feet above sea level. Skanska has delivered the $34.69 million Fair Oaks Recreation Complex at 3400 East Louisiana Avenue in East Tampa. Designed by Howard + Associates and Convergence Design, and built by Skanska under a design-build delivery model, the newly completed 10.25-acre recreational campus is centered around a new 33,055-square-foot recreation center replacing the former facility.

Construction is complete on Salato Pompano Beach, a 10-story condominium development at 305 Briny Avenue in Pompano Beach. Designed by Randall Stofft Architects and developed by U.S. Development, the oceanfront project yields 40 residences and features interiors by Interiors by Steven G. Residences at Salato range from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet and feature expansive floor plans, extra-wide living areas, and 14-foot-deep terraces measuring between 320 and 746 square feet. Floor-to-ceiling glass lines the exterior and frames views of the Atlantic Ocean, while the property also includes direct beach access.

Palm Tree Residences Miami has been announced for Downtown Miami’s Park West district at 1018 North Miami Avenue as the first residential development branded by Palm Tree Crew. The 37-story tower is being developed by Property Markets Group, Lion Development Group, EDEN Residential, and Sterling Equities in partnership with Palm Tree Crew, with design by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design. The short-term-rental-friendly development is planned to yield 483 fully furnished and finished residences ranging from junior suites to three-bedroom layouts, with completion anticipated in 2030.
