A pre-application has been filed for Santa Cruz Isles, an 8-story affordable senior living development planned for the northwest corner of SW 150th Avenue and SW 282nd Street in Leisure City, Miami-Dade County. Designed by Kaller Architecture, with Javier Tavel of Centennial Management Corp. listed as the applicant, the 94-foot-tall building would contain 120 one- and two-bedroom senior living units above ground-floor parking. The property is owned by 28201 SW 152 AVE, LLC, an entity managed by Lewis Swezy, founder, CEO, and president of Centennial Management Corp.

Construction is continuing to rise on Pendry Tampa, a 38-story mixed-use hotel and residential tower under development at the corner of Ashley Drive South and East Whiting Street along the Tampa Riverwalk in downtown Tampa. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Munge and developed by Two Roads Development in partnership with Montage International, the project will yield 220 hotel guestrooms, 200 Pendry Residences, more than 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and a collection of hospitality and wellness amenities. Kimley-Horn is the landscape architect, and Coastal Construction is serving as general contractor.

New interior renderings have been revealed for Hyatt Centric Harborside, a 174-key waterfront hotel development under construction at 1000 Boulevard of the Arts in Sarasota. Designed by SB Architects and developed by Kolter Urban, the 20-story project will bring a full-service Hyatt Centric hotel and 117 condominium residences to Sarasota’s waterfront district along Sarasota Bay.

Construction has commenced on Connerton Apartments, a 270-unit multifamily community within the Connerton master-planned development in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. Designed by Dynamik Design and developed by Woodfield Development, the project is located on a 17.5-acre site along Connerton Boulevard. Summit is the general contractor. First deliveries are anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.

Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group have secured a $67.5 million construction loan for Cora Merrick Park, a 13-story condominium development currently under construction at 4241 Aurora Street in Coral Gables. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot and Winmar Construction serving as general contractor, the project will yield 74 residences upon completion in 2028. BHI provided the financing, which was arranged by a Berkadia Miami team led by Scott Wadler and Matt Nihan.
