Construction has wrapped on Wynwood Plaza, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use development located at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Designed by Gensler and developed by L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, in collaboration with project partner Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, the project is a significant addition to the block bounded by NW 29th Street, NW 1st Avenue, and NW 30th Street. The development includes a 509-unit residential component, a 266,000-square-foot Class AAA commercial office building—both rising 12 stories—along with 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 26,000-square-foot landscaped public plaza designed by Field Operations.

Exterior work is nearing completion on The Crosby Miami Worldcenter, a 33-story, 376-foot-tall residential tower located at 601 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami. Designed by CFE Architects, developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures and funded by Bank OZK, the project is part of the larger Miami Worldcenter master plan. The tower will deliver 450 fully furnished residential units. Beauchamp Construction is serving as the general contractor, with GE Florida Contractors as the shell contractor. Construction is on track to complete later this year.

Construction is now several stories above ground on Excel Miami, a 24-story residential tower located at 1550 NE Miami Place in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Designed by Arquitectonica, with LEO A DALY serving as the architect-of-record and developed by Clearline Real Estate with Shawmut Design and Construction as the general contractor, the 275-foot-tall structure is expected to yield an estimated 335,264 square feet of space, including 262,747 square feet of residential space spread across 427 rental apartments and a parking podium spanning four stories topped with amenities.

Construction is complete and leasing is underway on Forma Miami, a 39-story residential tower located at 2900 Biscayne Boulevard in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica, with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record and interiors by Rockwell Group, the tower was developed by Crescent Heights. building rises approximately 428 feet and encompasses over 940,000 square feet of space, including 588 rental units and 50,812 square feet of ground-floor retail. Stiles McHugh, LLC—a joint venture between Stiles Construction and McHugh Construction—served as the general contractor.

Aerial views of the stretch along Biscayne Boulevard between Northeast 8th Street and Northeast 11th Terrace highlights a striking collection of high-rise residential towers directly across from Museum Park in Downtown Miami, each reflecting varied architectural approaches and development timelines. The buildings include Marina Blue, 900 Biscayne Bay, One Thousand Museum, Ten Museum Park, and Marquis Residences.
