Miami-Dade County planners have received a pre-application meeting request to review preliminary plans for a new 1,049-foot supertall mixed-use development in Downtown Miami. Spanning 2.15 acres, this expansive property comprises three contiguous parcels between Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 3rd Avenue, extending from Northeast 1st to 2nd Streets, essentially occupying the northern half of the city block. The applicants listed in the application are 100 Biscayne LLC, 146 Biscayne Owner LLC, and 141 NE Third LLC, all affiliates of New York City’s RFR Realty (RFR) led by developers Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs. owners of the Chrysler Building and Seagram Building in Manhattan.
