Pre-leasing has launched for Lakeview at Nomi, a seven-story, 342-unit mixed-income residential development at 13855 NW 17th Avenue in North Miami. Developed by Integra Investments in partnership with the City of North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency, the project is designed by Anillo Toledo Lopez Architecture and occupies a 7.6-acre site with views of two neighboring lakes. Initial move-ins are expected in November 2026.
A Miami-Dade Circuit Court judge has rejected a legal challenge seeking to block a November referendum on the proposed redevelopment of the Rickenbacker and Marine Stadium marinas on Virginia Key. The ruling clears the way for City of Miami voters to consider a proposed lease covering approximately 27.62 acres of city-owned waterfront property, where Virginia Key, LLC, a joint venture between RCI Group and Suntex Marinas, is proposing approximately $80 million in privately funded improvements.
Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach has received unanimous approval from the West Palm Beach Downtown Action Committee for the 25-story residential development at 400 Hibiscus Street in Downtown West Palm Beach. Designed by OMA and developed by Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development in collaboration with Banyan Group, the project will yield 88 condominium residences, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and landscape architecture by Enea Landscape Architecture.
Construction is progressing on Phases II and III of Glasshouse at O-Town West, a 591-unit expansion at 11780 Glass House Lane in southwest Orlando. Developed by Unicorp National Developments, the two five-story buildings will complete the multifamily development with more than 900 residences across three buildings. Roger B. Kennedy Construction is serving as general contractor.
