Space Coast Town Center, a 225-acre master-planned mixed-use development at the intersection of U.S. 192 and St. Johns Heritage Parkway in West Melbourne, Florida, has announced its first residential and retail openings. The project is developed by MultiVerse Global, a real estate company co-founded by Edgar Jones and Bob Gorlow, with retail and office leasing handled by Orlando-based Foundry Commercial.
A revised mixed-use proposal has been filed for the four-acre development site at 2999 NE 191st Street in Aventura, where Related Group and BH Group are seeking approval to replace a previously approved 26-story, 295-unit condominium project with a scaled-down residential tower and a new hotel component. The application, submitted by Aventura 2999 LLC, is scheduled to go before the City Commission and Local Planning Agency today at 6:00 p.m. The filing also discloses the anticipated acquisition of the development entity by The Apollo Companies.
Work is nearing completion on the North Tower of Aria Reserve, a 62-story residential tower at 725 Northeast 24th Street in Edgewater, Miami. The building is designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Melo Group, which is also serving as the general contractor through its in-house construction arm. MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique is handling interior design, and ArquitectonicaGEO is responsible for landscape architecture. The tower will yield 399 condominium units upon completion.
Now standing as the tallest building in St. Petersburg and the tallest residential tower on Florida’s Gulf Coast, The Residences at 400 Central is captured in new aerial photographs as phased occupancy continues at the 46-story, 515-foot mixed-use tower at 400 Central Avenue. The development is led by Red Apple Group, designed by Arquitectonica, and features residential interiors and amenity spaces by Celano Design Studio. Suffolk Construction served as the general contractor.
Construction is advancing on Phase 2 of Gasworx in Ybor City in Tampa, where three buildings designed by New York-based S9 Architecture, with Atlanta-based Smallwood serving as the architect of record, totaling 516 residential units, approximately 108,000 square feet of office space, and more than 58,000 square feet of retail and marketplace space, are being developed across the project’s eastern parcels E1, E2, and E3. The 50-acre revitalization is being led by Kettler in partnership with Darryl Shaw and PPF Real Estate, and will introduce 6 million square feet of mixed-use space, including thousands of residential units, new office and retail space, a public park, pedestrian-oriented streets, and a new TECO Line Streetcar System stop.
