The milestone follows the closing of a $210.5 million construction financing package, consisting of a $142.5 million senior loan from Bank OZK and a $68 million mezzanine loan from Canyon Partners Real Estate. The development marks another major addition to Oak Row Equities’ rapidly expanding South Florida portfolio, which now totals more than $3.9 billion in active projects.

The project represents Four Seasons’ first standalone residential offering in Florida and is expected to welcome residents in early 2028.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens continues to make steady progress toward its anticipated Spring 2026 completion. Developed by Catalfumo Companies, led by Chairman, Founder, and CEO Daniel Catalfumo, the 106-unit project comprises three buildings designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, with hospitality interiors by Susurrus and residential interiors by The Decorators Unlimited. Seawood Builders serves as the general contractor. Kolter Urban has announced that Selene Oceanfront Residences, a new dual-tower condominium development in Fort Lauderdale Beach, is now officially welcoming owners. Located at 151 North Seabreeze Boulevard, the 300-foot-tall structures were designed by Kobi Karp Architects with interiors by ID & Design International and built by Coastal Construction Company. The project comprises 194 residences, now 88 percent sold, with new owners moving in. Set along the shoreline, Selene Oceanfront Residences commands a prominent position on Fort Lauderdale’s beachfront skyline, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and is bounded by Sebastian Street to the south, Alhambra Street to the north, and North Birch Road to the west.
