Construction has topped out on the AdventHealth Auburndale ER, a new 13,000-square-foot emergency department under construction at 1036 US Highway 92 West in Auburndale, Florida. The milestone was marked on July 24 with the placement of the building’s final structural beam. Developed by AdventHealth, the facility is being built by Robins & Morton, with HuntonBrady serving as the architect. The project is scheduled to open to patients in early 2027.

American Landmark Apartments has acquired Savona Grand, a 214-unit multifamily community at 7132 Colony Club Drive in Lake Worth, Palm Beach County. Built in 2003, Savona Grand consists of a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Residential units are equipped with washers and dryers, dishwashers, walk-in closets, and private patios or balconies. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with sundeck, a fitness center, clubhouse, basketball and tennis courts, a pickleball court, dog park, and gated access.

Biscayne 18 is advancing toward construction at 1825 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood as Melo Group has filed a series of construction permit applications with the City of Miami alongside new Federal Aviation Administration filings. Designed by G3AEC, the two-tower mixed-use development received approval from the Urban Development Review Board in June 2025 and is planned to rise 45 stories, or approximately 465 feet, on a more than one-acre assemblage assembled by the developer in 2019.

A joint venture between Pebb Capital, Sabal Investment Holdings, and affiliates of Paceline Equity Partners has acquired UNO South Pointe, a 51,000-square-foot mixed-use office and retail property at 119 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood. ACORE Capital provided financing for the acquisition. Originally completed in 2002 and renovated in 2025, the property is one of the few Super-Class A office buildings in the neighborhood.

The Avenue has closed on a $202 million construction financing package as the mixed-use development approaches its vertical construction phase along Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples. Developed by APREA and JSB Capital Group and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and MHK Architecture, the project will introduce 50 luxury residences above 75,000 square feet of boutique retail, dining, wellness, and lifestyle space. DeAngelis Diamond is serving as general contractor.
