Trez Capital, a private real estate lender helping to build better communities across North America, funded a $19,050,000 construction loan for The Residences at Town Center, a 5-story boutique luxury condominium project that will rise on the Intracoastal Waterway at 400 150th Avenue in Madeira Beach. The project is the second phase of a broader plan envisioned by the developer. In 2021, Trez Capital closed a $15.61 million construction loan for the first phase, a 38-unit residential project, The Harbor at Town Center, which is 100% sold out and scheduled for delivery to buyers later this summer.

Vertical Construction Begins For Onda Residences At 1135 103rd Street In Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands

Vertical construction is well-underway for Onda Residences, a 41-unit boutique condominium development along the waters of Biscayne Bay at 1135 103rd Street in Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by creative design masterminds Carlo and Paolo Colombo of A++ Human Sustainable Architecture and Developed by a joint venture between Morabito Properties and CMC Group, the project will deliver fully finished residences ranging from two-to-four bedroom layouts spanning between 1,809 and 3,535 square feet in size, and four penthouse residences measure up to 5,073 square feet – two of which include private rooftop pool decks. The 8-story development is on track to top-off construction in December, with delivery slated for the Fall of 2023. Coastal Construction serves as the development’s general contractor.

Vibrant 5-Story Mixed-Use Building Proposed For 35 NW 27th Street In Wynwood

LRF Wynwood LLC, an affiliate of Bay Road Partners and Scott Robins Companies, filed plans for a 5-story residential and commercial at 35 Northwest 27th Street in Wynwood. Wynwood’s Design Review Committee is scheduled to review the proposal on June 13, 2022, which calls for 182,483 square feet of new construction comprising 203 residential units, over 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, 48 parking spaces and 170 bicycle spaces. The 68-foot-tall building would be certified LEED Silver, designed by Arquitectonica with ArquitectonicaGEO as the landscape architect.
