Housing Trust Group (HTG) has secured financing for University Station, a $100 million mixed-use development in Hollywood, Florida. This significant project, the largest undertaken by HTG to date, is a collaboration between HTG and the City of Hollywood, forming a true public-private partnership (P3). University Station will feature a range of workforce and affordable housing options, retail spaces, public and private parking, and a new home for Barry University’s College of Nursing and Health Services. The partnership was initiated through an unsolicited proposal under Florida’s P3 statute 255.065. Construction is set to commence in June 2023, with an expected completion in Spring 2025.
