Kolter Urban and BH Group have secured $197 million in construction financing for Olana Naples Residences, a 12-unit beachfront condominium development at 1121 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples. Designed by Randall Stofft Architects and SB Architects, with interiors by New York-based Champalimaud Design, the development will feature residences spanning approximately 10,000 square feet each. The financing was provided by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and affiliates of BDT & MSD Partners.

ANF has been selected as construction manager for Magnolia Point Phase 1, a mixed-use development planned to deliver 409 affordable housing units at SW 296th Street and Old Dixie Highway in the Leisure City area of Miami-Dade County. Developed by Legacy Five Developments and designed by Palenzuela & Hevia Design Group, the approximately 476,183-square-foot first phase will comprise five buildings rising between three and six stories, along with 7,510 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail space.

Naples Grande Beach Resort is undergoing a resort-wide renovation ahead of its conversion to Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort at 475 Seagate Drive in Naples. Hilton announced that the 474-room property, including 50 villas, will debut under the brand in January 2027, becoming its first hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Kinward Living has announced the opening of Kinward at Spencer Glen, a build-to-rent townhome community at 10040 Blackstone Creek Court in Riverview, Florida. Developed by Kinward Living, the vertically integrated build-to-rent platform of Tampa-based Eisenhower Property Group, the community will yield 172 three- and four-bedroom residences upon completion. The property is located near US-301 and Big Bend Road within the larger Spencer Glen community.

El-Ad National Properties has announced that The District at Davie, a $1 billion mixed-use development under construction in Davie, Broward County, has been renamed The Plaza Davie District. The 2.8 million-square-foot development is planned to yield five residential towers across three phases, with the first building rising 22 stories at 4820 Park Way. The project team includes architecture firm Cooper Carry, general contractor Promethean Builders LLC, and Naples-based interior designer CID Design Group.
