Interior design work has been completed for Aperture, a new 680-bed off-campus student housing community located at 12727 East Colonial Drive in Orlando, near the University of Central Florida. The project was developed by Toll Brothers Campus Living and contains 204 fully furnished apartments offered in studio, one-, two-, and four-bedroom floor plans.
Codina Partners has topped off Sevilla at Downtown Doral, a seven-story, 405-unit residential tower located at the corner of Northwest 53rd Street and Northwest 52nd Terrace in Doral, Florida. The milestone marks the completion of vertical construction on the mid-rise development, which is rising on a 4.2-acre parcel within the 250-acre mixed-use Downtown Doral community. Codina Partners is developing the project in collaboration with ANF Group and MSA Architects.
Construction has been completed on the $59 million Bernie McCabe Courthouse at 525 Mirror Lake Drive North in Downtown St. Petersburg. The three-story, 51,708-square-foot facility was built by Skanska and now serves as the permanent home of Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal, which hears appeals from the Sixth Circuit, including Pasco and Pinellas counties, the Twelfth Circuit, including Sarasota, Manatee, and DeSoto counties, and the Thirteenth Circuit, including Hillsborough County.
Construction is progressing and advancing toward completion on the $145 million patient tower expansion at AdventHealth Winter Garden, located at 2000 Fowler Grove Boulevard in Winter Garden, Florida. The vertical expansion is designed by HuntonBrady Architects and is being built by Brasfield & Gorrie. The project is part of a broader $188.2 million campus investment that also includes a new standalone Cancer Institute designed by ESa, also known as Earl Swensson Associates.
Walker & Dunlop has arranged an $80 million construction loan for 10290 East Bay Harbor Drive, a 150-unit multifamily development located at 10290 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. The financing supports the third phase of a three-part master-planned rental community by Clara Homes.
