ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing team for 9900 West, a 7-story waterfront residential development at 9900 West Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. The announcement follows the tower’s recent topping off by The Horizon Group, which is overseeing the project’s construction toward an anticipated completion in Summer 2026. Frankel Benayoun Architects is the designer of the 23 unit property and Amana Construction Group is the general contractor.

Plans have been filed with Miami-Dade County for a 955 foot mixed-use tower at 130 Biscayne Boulevard, designed by Foster + Partners with Revuelta Architecture serving as architect of record. The development is led by New York City based RFR Realty and also encompasses the properties at 130 Biscayne Boulevard, 146 Biscayne Boulevard, and 141 NE 3rd Avenue. The proposal calls for the demolition of three existing mid-rise structures to make way for a high-rise containing residential, hotel, retail, and parking components.

SP Media Group, led by Steven Paul, has announced the acquisition of the Art Deco Marela Boutique Hotel, a 17 room, 8,884 square foot property located at 310 Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach’s South Beach neighborhood. The transaction expands Paul’s real estate holdings within the hospitality sector and follows his recent purchase of Avenue Six Studios in Van Nuys and the establishment of Hank’s Café in Century City, California.

Avenia Aventura, Interiors by FENDI Casa, a planned condominium building at 20605 NE 34th Avenue in Aventura, has released a new collection of renderings showcasing its amenity spaces. The 22-unit waterfront development is being led by Vertical Developments, with interiors by FENDI Casa and architectural design by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. The project is positioned along Aventura’s canals, with views toward the neighboring golf course, and will feature three- and four-bedroom residences beginning at approximately 3,500 square feet. The development is targeting LEED Gold certification and will provide a marina lounge, fitness facilities, a rooftop pool, and a collection of resident amenities.

Property Markets Group (PMG) has announced a major construction milestone for the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami at 300 Biscayne Boulevard. Miami’s first supertall tower has completed the concrete pour for its 50th level, marking the halfway point of vertical construction for the planned 100-story, 1,049-foot structure. Once completed, it will become the tallest residential building south of New York City. The tower is being designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott, with interiors by BAMO. The development team includes Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners, alongside Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton. John Moriarty & Associates is serving as the general contractor.
