A ceremonial groundbreaking was held August 17 at Parkwood Commons West, a 38-unit townhome development at 3825 Ricker Road on the city’s Westside. Two additional components are planned in Arlington. Tampa Bay Rays Reach Definitive Agreement For $2.3 Billion Stadium In Tampa

The Tampa Bay Rays, City of Tampa, and Hillsborough County have reached an agreement on definitive documents for a proposed $2.361 billion ballpark and surrounding mixed-use district at Hillsborough College’s Dale Mabry campus in Tampa. The agreement remains subject to votes by Tampa City Council and the Hillsborough County Commission and follows a non-binding memorandum of understanding approved in May. AECOM Hunt and Turner Construction have been selected to oversee construction of the new stadium.

Related Ross has filed plans for the Residences at 464 Fern Street, a 25-story residential tower proposed in Downtown West Palm Beach. Designed by Roger Ferris + Partners, the approximately 316-foot-tall building would yield 194 residences, 4,343 square feet of commercial space, and 486 parking spaces. The project is planned for a 2.64-acre site that Related Ross acquired for $55 million in May.

Pre-leasing has launched for Lakeview at Nomi, a seven-story, 342-unit mixed-income residential development at 13855 NW 17th Avenue in North Miami. Developed by Integra Investments in partnership with the City of North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency, the project is designed by Anillo Toledo Lopez Architecture and occupies a 7.6-acre site with views of two neighboring lakes. Initial move-ins are expected in November 2026.
