Designed by RSP Architects, the proposal would rise on a 2.63-acre assemblage bounded by Biscayne Boulevard, NE 2nd Avenue, NE 32nd Street, and the former NE 31st Street. The project was scheduled for review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board on September 16, 2026.
Plans have been filed for a 43-story mixed-use residential tower at 1575 Alton Road in Miami Beach, where developer Crescent Heights is seeking administrative approval under Florida’s Live Local Act. Designed by RSP Architects, the proposed development would rise approximately 557 feet and contain 163 residential units, along with commercial space, resident amenities, and structured parking.
Construction is complete on an approximately 18,800-square-foot warehouse and logistics center at 2430 NW 74th Street in Miami-Dade County’s Poinciana neighborhood. Developed and funded by SG Holdings for the county’s Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), the facility is located within Poinciana Industrial Center West. Rycon served as the general contractor, with project management provided by Aligned Real Estate Holdings.
Rieber Developments and Berca Development Group have initiated pre-construction on Prime Square Doral, a 58,000-square-foot commercial condominium development at 7200 NW 102nd Avenue in Doral. Designed by PPK Architect with Vandrak Construction serving as general contractor, the three-building project is approaching final permitting, with construction expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027 and completion anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2028.
Preleasing has launched for Neo Edgewater, the 399-unit residential component of the 41-story mixed-use development at 2600 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Developed by Oak Row Equities alongside development partner LNDMRK Development and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Vida Design, the project is scheduled to welcome its first residents in October 2026. Coastal Construction Group serves as the general contractor.
