Construction has completed on Viceroy Hotels & Resorts’ first standalone residential concept globally with the opening of Viceroy Brickell – The Residences, a 45-story condominium tower at the gateway of Brickell Avenue and the Miami River in Brickell. Developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners, the tower was designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis. The project marks the hospitality brand’s first completed standalone residential development without an adjacent hotel component.

Construction has topped out on Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, a 28-story oceanfront condominium tower at 1350 South Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. Developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures in collaboration with Hilton, the project is designed by Nichols Architects in collaboration with KORA, with interiors by BAMO, landscape architecture by Enea Landscape, and construction by Coastal Construction. The structure sits on a two-acre beachfront site and will yield 92 condominium residences, with more than 85 percent of homes under contract. Completion is expected in summer 2027.

Recent photos show the 159-acre site of The Dynasty | Ocoee fenced off at the southeast corner of Ocoee-Apopka Road and Fullers Cross Road in Ocoee, Florida. Montierre Development is the developer; AECOM and MDSX are the designers. The project has been planned as a roughly $1 billion sports and entertainment complex, with FINFROCK among the named project partners. The site remains dormant.

META Development has completed the land assemblage for Colette Residences, a five-story boutique condominium development planned for 1870 and 1880 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s South Brickell neighborhood. The developer also secured an $18.5 million acquisition and development loan from BridgeCity Capital to support the advancement of the 38-residence project, which is being designed by Brazilian firm OSPA.

Developers have secured $126 million in construction financing and commenced construction on Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, an eight-story condominium building at 2600 Northwest Second Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Designed by CUBE 3 with interiors by BAMO and developed by Property Markets Group and Lndmrk Development, the 250,397-square-foot structure will yield 233 residential units, 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 32,000 square feet of amenity space. John Moriarty & Associates of Florida Inc. is serving as the general contractor. Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
