Designed by the esteemed Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London., the development will tower over 1420 South Miami Avenue as an 84-story, nautical-inspired skyscraper. L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, have topped off construction on the Residences at The Wynwood Plaza (the “Residences”), the luxury apartment community the team is developing as part of a one-million-square-foot mixed-use campus in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District. Designed by Gensler, the Residences will comprise 509 thoughtfully appointed high-end rental units, ranging in size from spacious studios to two-bedroom apartments.
