Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by m2atelier and developed by Fortune International Group, the tower is set to rise 930 feet, replacing an existing 7-story parking garage. The project would yield roughly 1.3 million square feet, including 540 residential units, 53,841 square feet of office space, 24,260 square feet of commercial space, 955 car parking spaces, and 1,980 bike parking spaces, all on the 1.06-acre site.

Designed by Beilinson Gomez Architects P.A., with Gardner + Semler Landscape Architecture (GSLA) as the landscape architect, and developed by Rockville Hospitality LLC, an entity linked to Maryland-based Baywood Hotels led by Amit Patel and Chris Desai, the proposed development aims to create an urban infill project that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding environment. The approximate 257-foot structure will encompass 406,325 square feet of space, featuring 240 dwelling units, 45,489 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and second level, 470 parking spaces, and 260 bicycle spaces. The subject site is bound by the Miami River on the north, Lofty Brickell (a part of One Brickell Riverfront) on the west, Southwest 6th Street on the south, and Southwest Miami Avenue Road on the east.
