A 15-story hotel has been proposed at 3001 Alhambra Street in Central Beach, Fort Lauderdale. Roslyn Heights, NY-based Hariom Realty LLC, is developing the 200-foot-tall building. The development is going by the name 42 Hotel and is planned to encompass 90,260 gross square feet of space, including 28,693 square feet of lodging space spread across 75 keys, 984 square feet of ancillary retail, 3,771 square feet of amenities, and 47 parking spaces. Adache Group Architects is listed as the architect, and Andres Escobar is the interior designer.

Recently unveiled site plans and renderings showcase the Tempo & Homewood Hotel, a proposed 11-story establishment located at 100 Southeast 8th Avenue in the charming neighborhood of Beverly Heights, Fort Lauderdale. The hotel, skillfully designed by Adache Group Architects in collaboration with Craven Thompson & Associates as the civil engineer and Scott C. Heynen, RLA LLC as the landscape architect, is set to be developed by New Castle Hotels & Resorts under Fort Lauderdale 8th Avenue Hotel LLC. Fort Laudedale-based developer JDSFC Properties, LLC has requested Site Plan Level III approval from the Development Review Committee (DRC) for Isle of Venice Condos, a 5-story luxury multifamily complex proposed for 87 Isle of Venice Drive in Nurmi Isles, Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Adache Group Architects with Architectural Alliance Landscape as the landscape architect and GRAEF as the civil engineer, the approximately 65-foot-tall multifamily project would offer 8 spacious units averaging roughly 3,000 square feet and 18 parking spaces spread across 28,795 gross square feet. FAA Review Underway For 595-Foot-Tall Tower At 200 W. Broward Boulevard In Downtown Fort Lauderdale

A September 23rd filing with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) shows work is in progress on the review for 200 West Broward Boulevard, a 48-story mixed-use high-rise building planned as the second phase of the Broward Crossing development west of the Florida East Coast Railway tracks in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Broward County. Designed by Adache Group Architects and developed by a partnership between New York-based Kushner Companies and Denver-based Aimco under the K-A 200 Broward JV LLC, the 1.08-acre site on the southwest corner of West Broward Boulevard and Southwest 2nd Avenue would give rise to a 595-foot-tall structure, according to the FAA filing, which would comprise roughly 923,989 square feet of space including 381 residential units, 7,527 square feet of commercial space, around 180,000 square feet of combined amenity, tenant storage, and service spaces, and an 8-story parking garage for 434 vehicles. 200 West Broward Boulevard is destined to become the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale if approved and built, surpassing all existing contenders for the title and the current tallest, the 499-foot-tall 100 Las Olas.
