Chetrit Group Completes Utilities Deal With Miami-Dade County For Miami River Mega Project In Brickell

Meyer Chetrit’s vision for the 4.2 million-square-foot Miami River mixed-use complex is one step closer to becoming a reality. On June 30, 2021, the developer signed a utilities deal with Miami-Dade County on behalf of CG Miami River LLC, allowing for the connection of the 6-acre mega development to the city’s water and sewage system. According The Next Miami, the deal will include 1,843 residential units, 54,200 square feet of full service restaurants, 40,000 square feet of office space, 130,600 square feet of retail and 17 marina slips. Kobi Karp is the designing the four proposed towers with GT McDonald Enterprises managing construction.

24-Unit Multi-Family Property To Be Converted To Boutique Apartment Hotel At 333 Jefferson Avenue In South Beach

Former Space Club owner Louis Puig recently purchased a multi-family apartment complex for $5.567 million at 333 Jefferson Avenue in the South of Fifth neighborhood in South Beach, Miami Beach, with the intentions of converting it in a boutique apartment hotel licensed for short-term stays/rentals. The property is bounded by 4th Street on the north, Meridian Court on the east, 3rd Street on the south and Jefferson Avenue on the west. As per public record, Susan Gale & Serena Joaquim with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, 333 Jefferson Holdings. Gema Ruiz of Cedano Realty Advisors and Jose Maria de Guzman represented the buyer.

New Rendering Of 749-Foot-Tall Bentley Residences By ArX Solutions Surfaces

ArX Solutions has released a new rendering of Dezer Development’s upcoming residential project titled Bentley Residences, a 749-foot-tall cylindrical skyscraper proposed for 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors. The tower is set to become the tallest residential building on a beachfront in the United States, rising more than 60 stories over the oceanfront on 3.6 acres of property.

Mast Capital Plans To Replace La Costa Condos With A 19-Story Residential Tower At 5333 Collins Avenue In Miami Beach

Miami-based developer Mast Capital, led by Camilo Miguel Jr., is planning to build a 19-story luxury condo tower at 5333 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, the site of the recently evacuated La Costa of Miami Beach Condos. The new building is projected to yield approximately 318,000 square feet of space including 100 residential units, 183 parking spots and offering unobstructed views of the oceanfront. According to The Real Deal, the developer has tapped OMA to design the building with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record.
