Designed by Corwil Architects, the development will encompass a total area of 933,209 square feet. This inclusive space will house a variety of features, including 504 multifamily residential units and 18,287 square feet of retail space at ground level. Internalized parking facilities will cater to 348 vehicles. The residential units will span a range of sizes, from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom layouts, covering an area of 493 to 1,328 square feet. Developers Gazit Horizons, the U.S. arm of Israel-based real estate developer Gazit Globe, and Atlantic Pacific have filed permit applications with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Brickell Gateway, a 61-story mixed-use tower proposed in Miami’s bustling Brickell district. The permit applications were filed on March 28, 2023, and are currently under review by the FAA. The project, designed by Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects, is seeking approval to rise to 761 feet above ground or 772 feet above sea level. Witkin Hults + Partners handles the landscape architecture for the development, while Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer.

Ocean Dadeland, LLC, a joint venture partnership between Miami Lakes-based real estate investment firm Florida Value Partners (FVP) and Bay Harbor Islands-based Atlantic Pacific Companies (Atlantic Pacific), filed plans with Miami-Dade County to redevelop 1.02 acres of property at 9180 and 9200 South Dixie Highway in Dadeland. Designed by Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect, plans call for two connected mixed-use towers of 20 and 25 stories that would collectively yield 780,703 square feet of space including 500 multifamily residential units, 4,851 square feet of ground floor retail, and 668 parking spaces. The towers would rise 318 and 280 feet and would be connected by a bridge designed to provide a free flow of light and air from east to west.
