Tampa-based Kuhn Automotive Group has plans to transform a historic building into a 40,000-square-foot club. The Elliott will offer a host of amenities, including event space, a cigar room, jazz lounge, bars, and a rooftop garden terrace.
Developers are moving forward with Ora Hotel and Residences, a 39-story luxury condo-hotel planned for 1107 East Jackson Street in Tampa’s Water Street district. The project is led by ARC Realty Group, with Bob Lyons of Sunwest Construction and Jay Roberts of Prosper Group as co-developers. The site, located at the intersection of East Jackson Street and North Meridian Avenue, is just north of the former Ardent Mills flour mill.
Ground has officially broken on Gallery at Rome Yards, a multi-phase residential project that’s part of the larger Rome Yards development in Tampa. The community’s first phase will measure 11 stories above grade and offer 234 one-bedroom to three-bedroom units.
La Unión, a residential venture within the larger Gasworx development in Tampa, is nearly set to welcome its first residents. KETTLER and Juneau Construction Co. have teamed together on the 317-unit project, aiming for completion by Summer 2024.
The Bromley Companies and their JV partner, Highwoods Properties, Inc., recently topped off construction on Midtown East, the anchor tower within the 23-acre Midtown Tampa mixed-use development. This 18-story tower, designed by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, is the tallest building in Tampa’s Westshore district and is slated for completion by 2025. Midtown East encompasses 430,000 square feet of Class A office space, offering column-free floor plates, 360-degree views, and sustainable amenities. Upon completion, Bromley and Highwoods will co-own 143,000 square feet, including five floors of office space (floors 10 through 15) and ground-level retail. The remaining space in Midtown East will become the future headquarters for Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas.
