Pompano Beach, FL, could soon be home to the Entourage in the Sun, a residential venture offering more than 180,000 square feet of new construction. The venture will offer 42 condos, measuring 1,785 square feet to 3,690 square feet each.
Palms of Plantation is slated for Broward County, Florida. The community will offer a three-story building with 84 assisted living units and 27 memory care units. Construction started in April 2022, with Stiles Corporation––Corporate Office serving as the general contractor.
ANF Group, Inc., a full-service construction firm providing construction management, general contracting, development, and design-build services, in conjunction with Providence One Partners, a developer and operator of senior living communities, broke ground on May 19 on a new 114,003-square-foot assisted living facility in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The project is located on 3.15 acres on the west side of Palm Avenue, just south of Pines Boulevard at the entrance to the Pembroke Pines City Center.
Dependable Equities hopes to move forward with a mixed-use complex in Broward County, Florida. Dubbed “the Ombelle,” the venture will offer 1,100 homes in two 43-story towers. Records show that the towers will measure 493 feet high.
Palm Coast, Florida, could soon be home to a 246-unit residential complex. The Tribute will comprise one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, with 77 being one-bedroom units.
