Nichols Architects-designed Modera Riverside has topped off in downtown Miami. As of Friday, January 26th, the 410-foot-tall structure reached its final height of 36 stories, positioning itself at the intersection of Brickell, Downtown Miami, and the burgeoning Miami River District. The residential tower boasts 428 apartments, offering a diverse range of living spaces from cozy studios to expansive three-bedroom units, catering to a broad spectrum of residents. UDRB Approves Updated Design For ODP Architects’ 12-Story Mixed-Use Development At 7737 NE 2nd Avenue In Miami

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has unanimously approved 7737 Northeast 2nd Avenue, an unnamed 12-story mixed-use development in the city’s Little River neighborhood. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design, with Kimley-Horn serving as both the landscape architect and civil engineer, and developed by Little River Cedar Property Owner, LLC, an affiliate of Chicago-based developer Cedar Street, the 159-foot-tall structure will contain over 200,000 square feet of floor area. This space will include 188 residential units, approximately 7,668 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 289 on-site parking spaces. Osborn Engineering is the structural and MEP engineer, while SLS Consulting is the life safety consultant.

Developers Get FAA Approval For 390-Foot-Tall Mixed-Use Project At 1242 Channelside Drive In Tampa’s Channel District

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved building permits for 1242 Channelside Drive, a mixed-use development planned by Stamford, Connecticut-based Post Road Group in collaboration with VeLa Development Partners in Tampa’s Channel District. The FAA has authorized the project to reach 390 feet above ground, or 403 feet above mean sea level. The permit application was submitted on October 2 and received approval on November 21. The developers will retain the permits until May 21, 2025.

Design Unveiled For Slender 59-Story Tower ‘Two Riverside’ At 99 SW 7th Street In Brickell

A recent submission of site plans to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has revealed the design for Two Riverside, a proposed 59-story mixed-use skyscraper at 99 Southwest 7th Street in Brickell. The design, created by Brandow Haw Architecture with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record and developed by Newgard Group, showcases a slender, 730-foot-tall structure. It is set to offer approximately 520,631 square feet of space, encompassing 271,605 square feet of residential area across 169 units and 1,090 square feet dedicated to ground-floor retail. The adjacent One Riverside project will provide the necessary vehicle and bike parking, where Newgard Group is also developing two other towers, including the 44-story Lofty Brickell. The proposal is scheduled for review on November 15.
