Una Residences is already nearing a complete sell out of it’s inventory in Brickell. Designed by Chicago’s Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by the OKO Group together with London-based Cain International, the luxury condominium tower, addressed as 175 Southeast 25th Road, is projected to rise approximately 579-feet over Biscayne Bay spanning 47-stories with 150-feet of frontage along the waterfront. Construction continues on the massive 3-story parking garage that’ll simultaneously serve as the base and foundation of the tower.
An new application is under review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals to develop Ambienta Brickell, an 8-story mixed-use building proposed to rise at 3025 Southwest 3rd Avenue and 3051 Southwest 3rd Avenue just south of Brickell in the Coral Way neighborhood of Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot including the addresses 121 NE 5th St. and 515 NW 2st Ave. The tower is expected to yield 393,912 square feet, including 448 fully furnished luxury residential units and 3,127 square feet of commercial space.
