Revuelta-Designed La Baia, Bay Harbour Islands Sells 65% Of Residences In 120 Days

In less than 120 days since launching sales, 65% of residential inventory have gone into contract at La Baia, Bay Harbor Islands, an 8-story luxury boutique bay front condominium development slated for construction at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive in the southeastern tip of Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International and developed by the Continuum Company, led by visionary New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner, the project is situated along the intracoastal waterway and will contain 68 luxurious residences with 20-boat slips and over 30,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. Units will come in one- to four-bedrooms, ranging between 1,100 and 2,500 square feet and will feature well-appointed fixtures and finishes curated by New York-based Durukan Design.

Developers Fortune International Group and Oak Capital announce the launch the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Pompano Beach, a two-tower luxury property planned to be constructed at 1380 South Ocean Boulevard. Construction has topped off on Aston Martin Residences, a 66-story, 816-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 300 Biscayne Boulevard located in Downtown Miami. Designed by BMA Arquitectos y Associados with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by G & G Business Developments in collaboration with luxury automaker Aston Martin, the sail-shaped reinforced concrete structure will yield 391 luxury dwelling units with over 42,000 square feet of amenities. Coastal Construction is managing construction, while Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.

Acclaimed international landscape designer Enzo Enea of Enea Landscape Architecture has been tapped to design the tropical gardens of La Baia, an 8-story luxury boutique bay front condominium development slated to rise at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive in the southeastern tip of Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and developed by the Continuum Company, the 68-unit project is situated on the intracoastal waterway and minutes from the world-renowned South Florida beaches and the Shops at Bal Harbour. An new application is under review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals to develop Ambienta Brickell, an 8-story mixed-use building proposed to rise at 3025 Southwest 3rd Avenue and 3051 Southwest 3rd Avenue just south of Brickell in the Coral Way neighborhood of Miami. Designed by renown design firm Revuelta Architecture International and developed by Chile-based Ambienta Inmobiliaria – listed as Ambienta Brickell Corporation- the plans for the development call for a 102,817-square-foot structure that will yield 79 residential units, 1,195 square feet of office space, 912 square feet of ground floor retail and 120 parking spots.

Just a month after the unveiling, Aria Development Group has submitted applications to the Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals for the construction of their upcoming 40-story tower known as 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami.
