Approximately located at 18200 Southwest 108th Avenue in the West Perrine neighborhood, the developer seeks to construct a multi-building complex dedicated to workforce housing yielding 57,362 square feet of total residential floor area. A new 51-story mixed-use tower is destined to rise in Downtown Miami. The project’s official name is “Natiivo”, the first building purposefully designed for home-sharing, which is anticipated to rise to a full height of 588-feet. Addressed as 601 Northeast 1st Avenue, the corner plot of land in which the project is located is within Miami’s Central Business District. The developer, Sixth Street Miami Partners, LLC, an entity affiliated with the Galmut Family, has partnered with famed architectural firm Arquitectonica to design the building.

JDS Development Group’s Plan For 1 Southside Park In Brickell

Back in January 2021, renown real estate developer JDS Development Group announced a 2.5 million-square-foot project in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami now known as 1 Southside Park. Addressed as 1133 Southwest 2nd Avenue, the structure is anticipated to rise up to 60-stories and top out at 780-feet, serving as a mixed-use skyscraper of multiple purposes. Society Biscayne At 400 Biscayne Boulevard Continues Ascent In Downtown Miami

Construction is making steady progress at Society Biscayne designed by Sieger Suarez, a 571-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper rising in Downtown Miami. Developed by Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners, the 49-story tower is located at the south-east corner of Biscayne Boulevard and NE 5th Street. The site is addressed as 400 Biscayne Boulevard, sitting directly across the street from Bayside Marketplace and just steps away from the American Airlines Arena. This development also happens to be one of the largest to rise in the current building boom, adding a total of 951,573 square feet of real estate to the city of Miami.

Miami’s Wynwood Arts District is set to gain yet another new development following a new proposal from Related Group. The prominent developer looks to redevelop two sites at 2150 and 2115 North Miami Avenue along NW 22nd Street, bounded by NW Miami Ct. to the west and Florida’s East Coast Rail Road to the east. The proposal calls for two 12-story mixed-use buildings topping out at 157-feet, designed by CFE Architects.
