The Standard & Rosso Development Announces The Launch Of The Standard Residences In Midtown Miami

New York City-based Standard International and Rosso Development have teamed up with real estate investment firm Midtown Development to announce the launch of The Standard Residences, a 12-story mixed-use development planned for 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue in Midtown, Miami. Designed by international architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, the project is the first of it’s kind for the hospitality brand, offering 228 fully-appointed, move-in ready residences while simultaneously allowing flexible short-rental programs with 30-day minimum stays up to 12 times per year. The structure will also include 34,000 square feet of amenities and 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

Refined Design Revealed For 17-Story Tower At 5333 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

A 17-story condominium tower planned for 5333 Collins Avenue has been resubmitted to the Design Review Board of Miami Beach in response to comments made on the last review of the design proposal back in October. Designed by OMA New York with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record, the 213-foot-tall structure has been slightly scaled down in mass and received several refinements on the exterior. The project is being developed by 5333 Collins Acquisitions LLC, an entity owned by real estate developer Mast Capital, and is expected to yield 100 residential units, 183 parking spaces, and over 25,000 square feet of amenities.

Tate Capital Proposes A 20-Story Tower With 360 Units Designed By Kobi Karp In North Miami

The Planning Commission of the City of North Miami recently reviewed proposals from developer Tate Capital for a new 736,065-square-foot mixed-use project known as Allure North Miami at 1810 Northeast 146th Street. Plans call for the construction of a 20-story building with an adjacent 7-story garage connected via a pedestrian bridge designed by Kobi Karp. The development sites are located in between Northeast 143rd and 146th Streets along Northeast 18th Avenue, within walking distance to Dezerland Park Miami. Allure North Miami is planned rise 220-feet, yielding 360 residential units with 8,429 square feet of retail and 603 parking spaces.

Updated renderings have been revealed in a filing to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for Wynwood Station, an 8-story mixed-use building proposed to built at 45 Northeast 27th Street in Wynwood. Designed by MSA Architects and developed by FRC Realty, Inc. – an entity owned by Chicago-based Fifield Companies – the 357,848-square-foot structure is projected to include 210 residential rental units, 11,152 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 283 parking spaces across a 6-level garage. Architectural Alliance Landscape is listed as the landscape and Kimley Horn is the civil engineer.

Two Roads Development Announces The 38-Story Five-Star Pendry Tampa Set To Debut In 2024

Plans have been revived for a prime piece of real estate along Downtown Tampa’s famed riverwalk. Developer Two Roads Development has partnered with Montage Hotels & Resorts to develop Pendry Tampa, a 38-story luxury hotel and residential building planned to rise at 103 Ashley Drive South. The project is comprised of a 5-star hotel with 220 rooms at the base of the tower, with 207 Pendry Residences throughout the upper floors, and opulent amenities. Pendry Tampa would be the fourth residential location of it’s kind, and Tampa Bay’s third five-star luxury branded residence.
