Monad Terrace Sells 80% Of Its Inventory With Penthouse Units Sold Out

New York City-based JDS Development Group, one of the country’s leading companies in real estate development, has announced 80% of the inventory at Monad Terrace has been sold including all four penthouses. Designed by world-renowned design firm Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Monad Terrace is a high end residential development comprised of two structures of 7 and 14 stories, addressed as 1300 West Avenue and located along Biscayne Bay with it’s interior lot nestled between 13th Street and 14th Street. This sales milestone has been reached with the recent closing of one of the building’s crown jewels, the opulent PH-A, which sold for $11.8 million.

Mast Capital is teaming up with renown architectural firm Arquitectonica to design and develop a 8-story residential building at 3900 Alton Road in the Nautilus neighborhood of the city of Miami Beach. The new 85-foot-tall development will yield 197,780 square feet of total floor area, including 176 residential units, 6,060 square feet of amenities, and 269 parking spaces. The developer is listed as the owner of the application under an affiliate company known as M 4000 Alton Owner LLC.

The Design Review Board of Miami Beach will be reviewing applications received for the redesign of 940 71st Street, a single-story commercial building in the Normandy Isles neighborhood. Bounded by Rue Vendome to the west, 71st Street to the north and Beatriz Court to the south, the submitted plans call for the renovation of a 3,747-square foot space, that for many years operated as a restaurant, but has recently remained closed. Jerika Properties is the owner of the site and application for the redesign.
