Melo Group Launches Sales Of Twin 62-Story Aria Reserve Miami

Recently, YIMBY posted on a pair of twin towers previously known as Island Bay proposed by the Melo Group, one of the most active high-end residential real estate developers in all of Miami. Just days later, the developer has officially launched sales on the south tower of the project, now officially known as Aria Reserve Miami, which is set to rise on 5-acres of land addressed as 700 Northeast 24th Street in Edgewater, Miami. The floor count has been bumped up to 62-stories and the towers should rise to 649-feet above sea level, granting the development the title of the tallest waterfront residential twin buildings in the country, yielding a total of 782 residences.

Terra Group And GFO Investments Launch Sales For Their Five Park Condo Tower In South Beach

Developers Terra Group, lead by David Martin and GFO Investments, lead by Russel Galbut, have started sales on their upcoming condo tower titled Five Park, a 48-story skyscraper that will soon hold the title of the tallest building in all of Miami Beach. Addressed as 500 Alton Road, the structure is anticipated to rise 519-feet, towering over the entrance to South Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica with Gabellini Sheppard handling interiors, the development will yield approximately 278 residences and nearly 40,000 square feet of amenities.

The Shoreline Development Review Committee of Miami-Dade County is currently reviewing proposals for a project tentatively known as The Broadwater, a 7-story luxury multi-family building at 9927 & 9955 East Bay Harbour Drive in Bay Harbour Islands. Bounded by Biscayne Bay to the east, the structure should rise to 75-feet and yield 26 living units with 55 parking spaces. Bay Harbour Driftwood LLC is the applicant listed in the filing.

Just a month after the unveiling, Aria Development Group has submitted applications to the Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals for the construction of  their upcoming 40-story tower known as 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot including the addresses 121 NE 5th St. and 515 NW 2st Ave. The tower is expected to yield 393,912 square feet, including 448 fully furnished luxury residential units and 3,127 square feet of commercial space.

Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources is now reviewing applications seeking approval for the construction of Princeton Crossing, an 8-story residential building planned to rise at the intersection of SW 252nd Street and what will eventually be SW 138th Avenue in the Princeton Community Urban Center District. The developer, 22 Princeton, LLC., intends to build 150 residences and on-grade parking on 22.61 acres of currently vacant land. Behar Font & Partners is the design architect for this project.
