Prospect Real Estate Group has secured approval for Advantis Vivere, a 300-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville, Florida. The project itself comprises 364,197 square feet of new construction.
UF Health North’s getting a second tower in Jacksonville, FL. The $210 million venture will measure six stories and offer 124 patient beds.
Johnson Commons at LaVilla is expected to debut sometime later this summer. According to Breeze Homes, the community will comprise 91 townhomes, starting in the $300,000s. There are two layout plans to choose from. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit will measure 1,390 square feet. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit offers 1,461 square feet.
Construction’s expected to start on Cathedral Commons in August 2023. It’s called Cathedral Commons because it’s located in Jacksonville’s Downtown Cathedral District.
Site plans reveal that the homes will be spread across eight three-story buildings, centered around a pond. Units will comprise one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. There are 96 one-bedroom units, 96 two-bedroom units, and 48 three-bedroom units.
