In January 2022, Grover Corlew announced that it had plans for a new multi-family community under the Mayla Residences brand. The venture is called “Mayla Pompano.” The venture will offer 355 residential units across two buildings. Fifty-three residences are designated as workforce housing/affordable housing units.
Tamarac, Florida, will soon be home to a new multi-family complex: Eden West. The multi-million-dollar project will include a four-story buildings. In total, there are 212 units. According to Apartments.com, many units measure about 538 square feet each. The community comprises Class A at-rate apartments.
Chicago-based Fifield Companies is currently preparing plans to submit for review calling for the construction of a 210 residential unit mixed-use development titled Wynwood Station. Addressed as 45 Northeast 27th Street, the building is designed by MSA Architects and is expected to rise to 8-stories, containing an estimated 9,000 square feet of commercial space and 8,000 square feet of amenities along with a parking garage. The interior lot is bounded by NE 28th St. to the north, N. Miami Ave. to the west, NE 27th St. to the south and Brightline train tracks to the east.
