Trilogy Real Estate Group Proposes 33-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 212 NE 23rd Street In Edgewater, Miami

Chicago-based Trilogy Real Estate Group (Trilogy), under the TF Second and 23rd, LLC, has proposed a 33-story mixed-use building at 212 Northeast 23rd Street in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Dubbed Residence 23, the development is designed by SB Architects and would feature a 367-foot-tall structure encompassing 663,757 square feet of space. The project would include 369 residential units, approximately 13,113 square feet of ground-floor retail space, parking facilities with 504 spaces, and various amenities. Kimley-Horn is the project’s civil engineer and landscape architect, while Pierce Engineers is the structural engineer. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to review the proposal for Residence 23 on April 19th.

Miami-based real estate developers Terra Group and One Thousand Group partnered with Major Food Group to reveal the Villa, a lustrous 58-story residential tower planned for 710 Northeast 29th Street in Edgewater, Miami. Local architect, Kurt Dannwolf of ODP Architecture & Design, leads the architectural design team, while Vicky Charles of Charles & Co will lead the interior design. The 650-foot-tall crystalline structure will feature a copper color-clad exoskeletal design containing 60 – 70 units. The building will offer expansive full-floor vertical “villas” with 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the city, personalized service, curated amenities, exceptional design, and privacy.

Plans Filed For The Edgewater Collective At 1900 And 2000 Biscayne Boulevard In Edgewater, Miami

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) is scheduled to review plans filed for the Edgewater Collective, a three-towered, mixed-use development at 1900 and 2000 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater. 1900 Biscayne Boulevard is a 42-story, two-towered structure designed by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design Inc. with 872  residential units. 2000 Biscayne Boulevard, already under construction, is a 36-story tower designed by Dorsky + Yue International, which will contain 420 residential units. The overall project is being developed by 1900 Biscayne Property Owner LLC and 2000 Biscayne Fee Owner LLC, which are entities tied to a joint venture partnership between New York-based real estate developer Kushner Companies and Miami-based PTM Partners, and will yield 2,022,779 square feet of space including 1,292 residential units, ground floor retail space, and 1,007 parking spaces.

Exterior work is progressing on URBAN22, a 15-story, twin-towered mixed-use development under construction at 2200 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Edgewater, Miami. Designed by G3aec (G3 Design Build LLC) and developed by Melo Group, the project will yield approximately 708,119 square feet of space, including 441 luxury rental apartments, 7,168 square feet of retail space, 5,692 square feet of office space, and 529 parking spaces. The 176-foot-tall towers topped off in August and are located between Northeast 22nd and 23rd Streets, near the border with Wynwood and the Arts & Entertainment District. Melo Group’s in-house construction firm is serving as the general contractor.
