A foundation permit application has been filed for 1900 Biscayne Boulevard, twin 42-story high rises planned for Kushner Companies and PTM Partners’ Edgewater Collective three-towered mixed-use complex named the Edgewater Collective in the Arts & Entertainment District, previously known as Omni, near Edgewater, Miami. Designed by Kobi Karp Architects, the 461-foot-tall structures will collectively yield approximately 1,401,267 square feet of space, including 872 multifamily units and ground-floor retail. Developers are looking to further reshape Miami’s skyline with plans for another high-rise in the city’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood. The application, filed on April 20, outlines a tower reaching 650 feet in height. The gross square footage for the development is listed at 358,944, with the residential portion occupying 351,221 square feet. The permit filing estimates the construction cost at $62,817,300 with Moss Construction listed as the general contractor.

Trilogy Real Estate Group Proposes 33-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 212 NE 23rd Street In Edgewater, Miami

Chicago-based Trilogy Real Estate Group (Trilogy), under the TF Second and 23rd, LLC, has proposed a 33-story mixed-use building at 212 Northeast 23rd Street in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Dubbed Residence 23, the development is designed by SB Architects and would feature a 367-foot-tall structure encompassing 663,757 square feet of space. The project would include 369 residential units, approximately 13,113 square feet of ground-floor retail space, parking facilities with 504 spaces, and various amenities. Kimley-Horn is the project’s civil engineer and landscape architect, while Pierce Engineers is the structural engineer. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to review the proposal for Residence 23 on April 19th.
