ANF Group Celebrates The Completion of Village View In Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale

South Florida-based general contractor ANF Group, Inc. has announced the completion of Village View, a 7-story affordable apartment community located at 640 North Andrews Avenue in the Flagler Village neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Designed by Corwil Architects and developed by award-winning multifamily developer Housing Trust Group (HTG), the development is comprised of 100 residential units catered to seniors of 55 years of age or older who earn at or below 30, 60 and 70 percent of the area median income; monthly rents range from $402 to $1,296. Thomas Engineering served as the civil engineer and landscape architect, while B. Pila Design Studio was the interior designer.

$90 Million Renovation And Expansion Of Swimming Hall Of Fame Awaits City’s Approval In Fort Lauderdale

Hall Of Fame Partners, a partnership between Capital Group P3 and Hensel Phelps Construction Company have submitted a proposal to redevelop Fort Lauderdale’s International Swimming Hall of Fame in Central Beach. Located at 1 Hall of Fame Drive and 501 Sea Breeze Boulevard, the $90 million renovation and expansion is comprised of the construction of two new five story towers: a 105-foot-tall museum on the west side of the peninsula and a 94-story welcome center on the east side. The development will include a ballroom with a rooftop restaurant, a covered teaching pool, and 20,000 square feet of museum space. as well as a cafe, office and commercial space, and parking for 202 vehicles. The project gained a preliminary approval from the city commission, but still need’s a final city vote to move forward.

Proposals Reveal A 15-Story Hotel With 132 Units In Fort Lauderdale

The Development Review Committee of the City of Fort Lauderdale is now reviewing proposals for 2025 East Sunrise Boulevard, a 15-story commercial building near Victoria Park and Lake Ridge neighborhoods. The development would rise on a vacant 18,949-square-foot lot west of the Middle River, bound by the East Sunrise Boulevard bridge crossing into Coral Ridge on the south and the East Point Towers residential complex on the north and west along North Federal Highway. The project is designed by Miami-based Beilinson Gomez Architects and being developed by Sunrise 2025 LLC, planned to yield 132 hotel units with 108 parking spaces.

Hines Acquires FAT Village Development Assemblage In Fort Lauderdale For Over $57 Million

Houston-based developer Hines has purchased the entire 5.49-acre development assemblage for FAT Village (Flagler. Arts. Technology), a massive 835,000-square-foot mixed-use project proposed for the booming Flagler Village north of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Originally assembled and proposed by Alan Hoopers’s Urban Street Development, and Tim Petrillo’s Restaurant People, Hines bought the sites from them for $57.41 million. SB Architects and EDSA, Inc, are leading the design for what is to become the largest real estate project in the district, projected to yield 500 residential units, 350,000 square feet of offices, and 71,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
