Updated Design Revealed For 3900 Alton Road, Bayshore, Miami Beach

In a response to comments made by staff at the Design Review Board meeting on October 5th, refinements have been made to the design for 3900 Alton Road, a modern curvilinear 8-story residential tower proposed to rise in Bayshore, Miami Beach. The project is designed by internationally-acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica for M 4000 Alton Owner, LLC, an entity linked to Miami-based real estate developer Mast Capital, with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect. The development is projected to span 198,490 square feet of new construction with 178 residential units and 254 parking spaces. 710 Edge Proposed As A 650-Foot-Tall Ultra-Luxury Mixed-Use Tower On The Edgewater Bayfront

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) will be reviewing proposals for 710 Edge, a 55-story ultra-luxury mixed-use building planned for 710 Northeast 29th Street right on Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, Miami. The tower is being developed by an entity named 710 Edge LLC, a collaborative effort between several prominent developers including Michael Konig, Alex Posth, Louis Birdman and Kevin Venger. ODP Architecture & Design is leading the design of the 650-foot-tall skyscraper, sharing a strong resemblance to the Zaha Hadid-designed 707-foot-tall One Thousand Museum on Biscayne Boulevard where the firm is listed as the architect of record. Plans call for 460,160 square feet of new construction between the tower and an attached garage, which includes 70 residential units, 13,037 square feet of commercial space and 160 parking spaces.

The Planning and Zoning Board of North Miami Beach will be reviewing proposals for 851 Northeast 167th Street, a 15-story mixed-use project planned for the city’s general business corridor. Mast Capital Submits Application For Design Review Approval Of The 8-Story 3900 Alton Road Residential Development

Miami real estate developer Mast Capital has submitted an application for design review approval of the new 8-story multi-family residential development proposed for 3900 Alton Road located in the Bayshore neighborhood of Miami Beach. Michael Larkin and a few other attorneys of Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes represent M 4000 Alton Owner, LLC in the application. The 197,780-square-foot structure will yield 176 residential units, 6,060 square feet of amenities, and 254 covered parking spaces while rising approximately 85-feet. Bernardo Fort-Brescia, co-founder of renown architectural firm Arquitectonica, is leading the design for the project with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect.

The Shoreline Development Review Committee of Miami-Dade County is currently reviewing proposals for a project tentatively known as The Broadwater, a 7-story luxury multi-family building at 9927 & 9955 East Bay Harbour Drive in Bay Harbour Islands. Bounded by Biscayne Bay to the east, the structure should rise to 75-feet and yield 26 living units with 55 parking spaces. Bay Harbour Driftwood LLC is the applicant listed in the filing.
