Applications For Two 765-Foot-Tall Tower Cranes Filed Near 275 SW 6th Street Along The Miami River

The Federal Aviation Administration has received applications for two 765-foot-tall tower tower cranes at the site of Chetrit Group’s Miami Riverwalk Towers development. The filing occurred on September 20th, and corresponds to the vertical construction of a 54-story mixed-use tower that is planned to rise at 275 Southwest 6th Street. Designed by renown architect Kobi Karp, piling work is now underway for the first of what eventually will become four towers. The mega development is projected to yield 4.2 million-square-feet including 1,678 residential units, 330 hotel rooms, 196,882-square-feet of retail space, 98,040-square-feet of office space and 30-slip marina.

CI Financial Signs 20,000-Square-Foot Lease At The 55-Story 830 Brickell Under Construction In Miami’s Financial District

CI Financial Corp will be joining Microsoft as a tenant at the 55-story 830 Brickell Class A+ office tower under construction in Brickell. The Canadian asset and wealth management firm has announced the signing of a 20,000-square-foot lease as they plan to establish a headquarters in the U.S. within Miami’s Financial District. The 724-foot-tall is designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gil with Revuelta Architecture International as the executive architect for developers OKO Group and Cain International, the duo behind Missoni Baia and Una Residences, and Italian architecture and design firm Iosa Ghini Associati is handling interiors.

Excavation Permits Filed For 700 NE 24th Street Where Twin 62-Story Aria Reserve Miami Is Planned

The Melo Group has filed new construction permits for 700 Northeast 24th Street, the site of the planned twin 62-story Aria Reserve Miami towers in Edgewater, Miami. The work items listed in the application pertain to site work only, which includes excavation, piles and site/soil improvements. Designed by world-renown architectural firm Arquitectonica, the pair of skyscrapers is planned to rise to the maximum height permitted in the area which is 649-feet, and will become the tallest residential twin towers on a waterfront in the country. The developer intends to yield 782 residences across 5-acres of land with this project.
