The Krymwood Hotel Proposed For 176 Northwest 28th Street In Wynwood, Miami

Wynwood’s Design Review Committee has received plans for the Krymwood Hotel, an 8-story mixed-use building proposed to be constructed at 176 Northwest 28th Street. The project would be located in the heart of the neighborhood, near the Wynwood Walls with frontages on both Northwest 28th and 29th streets, bound by Northwest 2nd Avenue to the west and Northwest 1st Avenue to the east. Designed by New York City-based architecture firm MKDA for Florida Art Services LLC, a joint venture between developer Michael Krymchantowski and QKapital Group, the development would rise 123-feet and comprise 72,369 square feet of new construction including 60 units mixed between residential and lodging uses. The ground floor would have 4,903 square feet of commercial space and there would no parking for vehicles.

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has received plans for LIVWRK Wynwood, a mixed-use development proposed for 2400 and 2500 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood. Designed by New York City-based Morris Adjmi Architects with MKDA Florida designing interiors, and developed by Brooklyn-based real estate developer LIVWRK, the proposal is comprised of two buildings on separate parcels of land rising 8 to 12 stories each. The 2400 parcel would consist of 420 multifamily residential units and 59,461 square feet of office space above 29,057 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The 2500 parcel would would be developed as an apartment/hotel with 122 units, atop 8,996 square feet of ground floor commercial space. In total, both buildings would collectively yield 922,466 square feet including 611,855 square feet of residential and amenity space, 100,220 square feet of office and commercial space, and a 210,361-square-foot parking structure for 564 vehicles and 50 racks for nearly 800 bicycles.

Located at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Wynwood, Miami, just steps from the world-famous Wynwood Walls, the 9-story structure is designed by global award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica with interior spaces by Toronto-based DesignAgency. The development yields 329-units ranging from 464 to 931 square feet with reservations scheduled to launch this month. Renderings have been revealed for a newly proposed development at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Wynwood, Miami. PRH G40 Property Owner, LLC, a joint venture between Related Group, Tristar Capital, LNDMRK Development and Tricera Capital, has filed plans for an 8-story mixed-use building with the Wynwood Design Review Committee to be reviewed on April 12, 2022. The proposed plans include a 95-foot-tall, 363,363-square-foot structure containing 329 dwelling units, 18,452 square feet of commercial space and 206 parking spaces with 24 bicycle rack spaces. The architect is leading global design firm Arquitectonica with Coral Gables-based Naturalficial as the landscape architect.

Located between Northwest 24th and 25th Streets with Northwest 5th Avenue on the West, the interior lots encompass additional addresses including 376 + 390 Northwest 25th Street and 373 + 375 Northwest 24th Street, spanning just over 28,000 square feet in total floor area; 2425 Ltd., an affiliate of Goldman, has owned the properties since 2003. The building is designed by Perkins&Will and will include 140,000 square feet of space including 115,000 designated for office space, 9,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and 116 parking spaces integrated into the podium.

Exterior work has appears to have reached completion on Wynwood Square, a 12-story mixed-use building located at 2201 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood. Designed by Canada-based architecture firm Stantec and developed by Los Angeles-based CIM Group together with One Real Estate Investment, the project yields approximately 276,000 square feet of space including 257 residential units across two towers, nearly 54,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of retail with a parking component fit for 480 vehicles.

New construction and demolition permits have been filed for The Collective Wynwood, a 12-story mixed-use building planned to rise at 2825 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Wynwood, Miami. Designed by nArchitects with Corwil Architects as the architect of record for Wynwood Gateway II, LLC, an entity managed by New York City-based The Collective, $210 million will be invested in to the development for the construction of 351,443 square feet of space including 108 communal living units, 70 lodging units, 9,508 square feet of ground floor retail, 82,000 square feet of shared amenities and 163 underground parking spaces. The structure is projected to rise approximately 159-feet bound between Northwest 28th and 29th Streets.
