‘Isle Of Venice Condos’ Proposed For 87 Isle Of Venice Drive In Fort Lauderdale

Fort Laudedale-based developer JDSFC Properties, LLC has requested Site Plan Level III approval from the Development Review Committee (DRC) for Isle of Venice Condos, a 5-story luxury multifamily complex proposed for 87 Isle of Venice Drive in Nurmi Isles, Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Adache Group Architects with Architectural Alliance Landscape as the landscape architect and GRAEF as the civil engineer, the approximately 65-foot-tall multifamily project would offer 8 spacious units averaging roughly 3,000 square feet and 18 parking spaces spread across 28,795 gross square feet. Designed by Pininfarina with Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects and developed by Miami’s condo king, the Related Group, the 531-foot-tall structure will contain 192 multifamily residential dwelling units, a 3,684-square-foot restaurant on the ground floor, and 364 parking spaces in a structured parking garage. Architectural Alliance Landscape is the landscape architect, and Botek Thurlow Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer for the project, which is expected to yield 352,551 square feet of residential space with an average of 1,836 square feet per unit.

New York-based INOA Architecture released updated renderings for 404NW1 Condominiums, a 9-story residential building proposed for 404 Northwest 1st Avenue in Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale. Designed alongside locally-based Peacock Architects as the architect of record and developed by Brooklyn-based New Leaf Development, the approximate 128-foot-tall structure is planned to contain 85,505 square feet of space including 25 condominium units, ground floor retail, and a parking garage. Andres Montero Landscape Architecture designed the landscaping surrounding the development, which is located adjacent to Northwest 4th Street, just north of the Downtown corridor.
