23-Story ‘The Nolen’ Condominium Tower Set To Break Ground Early 2022 In St. Petersburg

Tampa-based DDA Development, led by Bowen Arnold and John Schilling, is moving ahead with their plans to construct The Nolen, a 23-story residential condominium tower planned to rise at 126 4th Street Northeast in Downtown St. Petersburg. Designed by PLACE Architecture with Melissa Kelly Design Studio handling interiors, the building would rise 228-feet into the city’s skyline, eventually taking the spot of eleventh tallest structure in St. Pete’s. The Nolen is projected to yield 31 luxury condo units, a three-story parking garage fi for 62 vehicles and 1,260 square feet of ground floor retail.

Related Group Lands $91.3 Million Construction Loan for 20-Story Solemar Condo Tower In Pompano Beach

Vertical construction will be moving forward on Solemar, a 20-story condominium tower underway at 1116 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. It’s developer, the Related Group, acquired a $91.3 million mid-construction loan from CIBC Bank for the development, which broke ground in May of 2021. International architecture firm Arquitectonica is onboard as the designer of the condo tower with Meyer Davis handling interiors. Plans call for the construction of a 250-foot-tall building yielding 105 residential units, that of which 95% have already been pre-sold.

E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Approved By FAA To Rise 709-Feet Above Sea Level

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted height approvals for 20 Northeast 11th Street, the site of the upcoming E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story mixed-use skyscraper planned for the Park West section of Greater Downtown Miami. Anticipated to rise 709-feet above sea level on the western side of block 18 as per the property appraiser, the interior lots include lot 7 (30 NE 11th St.), 8 and 9, adding up to 18,750 square feet in total floor area. The building is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, and developed by New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group with E11EVEN Partners, led by Michael Simkins, Marc Roberts and Ken Degori.
