Hollywood Courtyard by Marriott is unfolding in Hollywood, Florida. Per Adache Group, the 13-story venture will offer 112 guestrooms, ranging from single-bed to multi-bed accommodations.
Fort Lauderdale could be home to the first Staybridge Suites in the region. Designed by Adache Group Architects, the eight-story venture would comprise 124 rooms, offering “clean lines and minimalistic and functional features.”
Integra Investments has filed plans for The Mile Hotel West, a new development for a multi-site hotel project in Fort Lauderdale’s Galt Mile neighborhood. Located at 3115 Northeast 32nd Avenue, the West Tower will replace the current Bokamper’s Sports Bar and Restaurant. Designed by Nichols Architects, with landscape architecture and civil engineering by Craven Thompson & Associates, the development aims to meet the demand for a high-end hotel with a waterfront restaurant and retail facilities, catering to the neighboring commercial, residential, and tourist-serving establishments.
In 2019, Urbanica Management purchased a .98-acre site in Miami-Dade County for $40 million––the last vacant site in the area at the time. Now, nearly three years later, the organization hopes to move ahead with plans for a 16-story hotel.
Recently unveiled site plans and renderings showcase the Tempo & Homewood Hotel, a proposed 11-story establishment located at 100 Southeast 8th Avenue in the charming neighborhood of Beverly Heights, Fort Lauderdale. The hotel, skillfully designed by Adache Group Architects in collaboration with Craven Thompson & Associates as the civil engineer and Scott C. Heynen, RLA LLC as the landscape architect, is set to be developed by New Castle Hotels & Resorts under Fort Lauderdale 8th Avenue Hotel LLC. The proposal for the hotel is scheduled for review by Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee on April 11, 2023.
