Society Biscayne Nears Topping Out In Downtown Miami

Construction nears topping out on Society Biscayne at 400 Biscayne Boulevard, a 571-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper in Downtown Miami. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the 49-story tower is one of the most recent to rise along Biscayne Boulevard and amongst the tallest under construction within Miami’s city limits, located near the American Airlines Arena and Bayfront Park, and one block north from the site of the upcoming Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences. The developers of the tower are Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners.

PALMA’s Vision For The Basel Miami At 205 Southwest 3rd Street

Plans to redevelop the site of an old warehouse at 205 Southwest 3rd Street in Downtown Miami have been in the works for quite some time now. The owner of the property, Blys Plank Inc., a company owned by Sean McCormick, has tapped Jo Palma from renown architectural firm PALMA, currently pursuing the new Joint Government Center In Fort Lauderdale, to design a 36-story mixed-use glass skyscraper called The Basel, which is set to rise in to the skyline and over the Interstate 95. The developer, who’s owned the site since the early 1970’s, looks to bring this project to life through a joint venture, as the property is located within what is deemed as an opportunity zone.

Excavation Underway For NATIIVO At 601 Northeast 1st Avenue In Downtown Miami

Excavation work is underway at 601 Northeast 1st Avenue, the site of a 51-story mixed-use tower known as NATIIVO in Downtown Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC, a company owned by the Galbut Family, the development will yield 932,859 square feet a mix of residential, office, hotel and commercial spaces. Located just south of the Miami Worldcenter development, the site is bounded by Northeast 1st Avenue to the west, Northeast 6th Street to the south, Northeast 2nd Avenue to the east and Bezel at Miami Worldcenter to the north.

Aston Martin Residences Continues Ascent In To Downtown Miami’s Skyline

Construction continues to make progress on Aston Martin Residences, a 816-foot-tall, 66-story luxury residential skyscraper in Downtown Miami. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, and rising on the northern mouth of the Miami River, the building is designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados and Revuelta Architecture International, and developed by G&G Business Developments in collaboration with Aston Martin. The development will yield 391 residential units, and is on track to soon become the city’s second tallest building.

Miami World Tower Recieves FAA Approval To Rise 579 Feet

The Federal Aviation Administration has officially granted height approval for the Miami World Tower, a 53-story residential skyscraper at Nitin Motwani and Arthur Falcone’s Miami Worldcenter mixed-use mega development. Located at 700 Northeast 1st Avenue, the tower is cleared to rise 579-feet above ground, or 590-feet above sea level and deemed to have no substantial adverse effect on the navigable airspace. The project is being developed by Miami World Tower LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Lalezarian Properties, who purchased the site for $43,000,000 in May of 2019.
