23-Story ‘The Nolen’ Condominium Tower Set To Break Ground Early 2022 In St. Petersburg

Tampa-based DDA Development, led by Bowen Arnold and John Schilling, is moving ahead with their plans to construct The Nolen, a 23-story residential condominium tower planned to rise at 126 4th Street Northeast in Downtown St. Petersburg. Designed by PLACE Architecture with Melissa Kelly Design Studio handling interiors, the building would rise 228-feet into the city’s skyline, eventually taking the spot of eleventh tallest structure in St. Pete’s. The Nolen is projected to yield 31 luxury condo units, a three-story parking garage fi for 62 vehicles and 1,260 square feet of ground floor retail.

FAA Grants Height Approvals For 261-Foot-Tall ‘The Blake’ At 114 4th Street South In St. Petersburg

Developer Blake Investment Partners has received approvals from the Federal Aviation Administration to move forward with the proposed Blake Tower, a 261-foot-tall condominium tower spanning 20 stories and yielding 51 residential units with 10,400 square feet of ground floor retail and up to 111 enclosed parking spaces. Designed by Antunovich Associates, the building will be divided in to 16 residential levels a top a 4 level consisting of the parking component, the commercial spaces and the lobby. The property is addressed as 114 4th Street South in Downtown St. Petersburg, bound by 2nd Avenue South to the south, 3rd Street South to the east and Pinellas Trail to the north.

18-Story Expansion Proposed For Camden Pier District Apartments In Downtown St. Petersburg

Texas-based Camden Property Trust is planning to redevelop a corner parcel of land adjacent to their Camden Pier District Apartments, previously known as AER Luxury Apartments, and expand the development with an 18-story residential tower at 201 4th Avenue South in the Waterfront Arts District in Downtown St. Petersburg. The developer recently purchased the 0.23-acre piece of property for $2.1 million, which is currently improved with a small medical office and a single family home. Both structures will be demolished to make way for the new tower which is planned to yield 95 additional apartments and rise approximately 200-feet.
