Construction has started on the Strumm Place Townhomes in St. Petersburg, FL. The venture, expected to be move-in ready by early 2025, will comprise nine townhomes in three buildings.
Plans are underway for Junction Townhomes, a housing development in St. Petersburg’s Central Oak Park neighborhood. Upon completion, the 10-unit development will offer homes measuring 1,378 to 1,600 square feet.
The Hanover Co. hopes to get approval for an affordable housing development in St. Petersburg. If given the green light by city officials, the Houston-based developer could replace a retail plaza with 304 units.
This week, St. Petersburg Beach commissioners narrowly approved plans for the 20-year expansion of the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort. The four-star resort currently has 967 hotel rooms, along with more than 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
The Hanover Company has proposed an apartment complex within 15 minutes of St. Petersburg’s Gateway Office Market. The unnamed development would feature four four-story buildings, offering 304 apartments.
