Renderings Reveal New Design For Midtown 7 At 3001 NE 1st Avenue In Midtown Miami

New renderings from Arquitectonica reveal a new design for Midtown 7, a 31-story residential highrise planned for 3001 Northeast 1st Avenue, one of the last undeveloped parcels in Midtown Miami. Developed by AMLI Residential (AMLI), the 330-foot-tall structure is proposed to yield 421,101 square feet of space, including 389 residential units, 28,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 501 parking spaces. Under the PPF AMLI 3001 NE 1ST AVENUE LLC, the developer filed a warrant application with Miami’s Urban Development Review Board requesting approval for several modifications to the Major Use Special Permit (MUSP) cemented for the site in 2017. Previously approved plans called for a 309-foot-tall structure with 386,779 square feet of space, including 391 residential units, 30,709 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 505 parking spaces.

Lions Group And Fortis Design + Build File Plans For 57-Story M Tower In Downtown Miami

On July 20, 2022, Miami’s Urban Development Review Board will consider proposals for M Tower, a 57-story mixed-use building planned for 56 Southwest 1st Street in Downtown Miami near the City’s Government Center. The applicants, Downtown 1st Street LLC, an affiliate of New York-based Lions Group NYC, and Miami-based Fortis Design + Build are proposing to improve the 1.046-acre property with a nearly 600-foot-tall mixed-use development consisting of a public parking garage for 694 vehicles and 10,531 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and a multifamily residential tower with 675 residential units. The project is designed by Nichols Architects with Naturalficial as the landscape architect, and Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer.

13-Story ‘Motorsport Tower’ Proposed For The Magic City Innovation District In Little Haiti, Little River Neighborhoods

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) has received proposals for Motorsport Tower, a 13-story office building set to be developed on Parcel 8 of the emerging 17.75-acre Magic City Innovation District in Little Haiti. The 1.51-acre property is located near the southern boundary of the Little Haiti District along Northeast 4th Avenue and between Northeast 60th Street to the north and Northeast 59th Terrace to the south. Designed by Miami-based DB Lewis Architect-Thresholds Intl. and developed by Imperial Capital Group, LLC, an affiliate of Motorsport Network led by Mike Zoi, the development proposes 544,294 square feet of new construction including 206,352 square feet of office space, 79,676 square feet of commercial space, 390 parking spaces and 24 bicycle spaces.

Gamla Cedron Group Files Plans For Phases Two And Three Of Flagler Oasis Project In Little Havana

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) will consider proposals for the second and third phases of Flagler Oasis, a multi-building mixed-use development underway in the heart of Little Havana being developed by Aventura-based real estate firm Gamla Cedron Group. With the first phase of the development already under construction and scheduled for completion later this year, phases two and three would bring a 16-story residential tower with 248 dwelling units and an additional 8-story structure containing 70,000 square feet of office space, as well as commercial spaces and integrated parking structures. The project is designed by Coral Gables-based Behar Font & Partners with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect, and is expected to rise as high as 176-feet or so.

Mast Capital Files Plans For Three Towers At Former ‘Capital At Brickell’ Site In Miami

Mast Capital has officially filed plans with Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for 1420 South Miami Avenue, a three-towered mixed-use development proposed to be constructed at the former site of Capital at Brickell. The property is bound by South Miami Avenue on the East, Southwest 14th Terrace on the South, Southwest 1st Avenue on the West, and Southwest 14th Street on the North, across the street from SLS Brickell, Infinity at Brickell and One Broadway. The development is comprised of 2,727,765 square feet of new construction including 1,255 residential units, 18,969 square feet of commercial space and 1,646 parking spaces. The three towers will rise approximately 604-feet, 691-feet, and 939-feet across 50, 59, and 80 stories. Arquitectonica is listed as the design architect with ArquitectonicaGEO as the landscape architect.
