Recently unveiled site plans and renderings showcase the Tempo & Homewood Hotel, a proposed 11-story establishment located at 100 Southeast 8th Avenue in the charming neighborhood of Beverly Heights, Fort Lauderdale. The hotel, skillfully designed by Adache Group Architects in collaboration with Craven Thompson & Associates as the civil engineer and Scott C. Heynen, RLA LLC as the landscape architect, is set to be developed by New Castle Hotels & Resorts under Fort Lauderdale 8th Avenue Hotel LLC. The proposal for the hotel is scheduled for review by Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee on April 11, 2023.
The Federal Aviation Administration is reviewing permits for a 45-story mixed-use building at 101 Southeast 7th Street in Fort Lauderdale. The tower, if approved, is set to be a significant addition to the city’s skyline, rising 574 feet above ground or 580 feet above mean sea level. The project is being developed by Levon Capital and Ozer Neiman, with architectural design by ODA Architecture.
Interior renderings have been unveiled for Location Ventures’ EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale, providing a first look at the project’s interiors designed by internationally recognized designer Clodagh. The development broke ground last month and features two 11-story towers along Fort Lauderdale Beach’s Intracoastal Waterway at 551 Bayshore Drive. The serene waterfront setting inspired Clodagh’s designs, resulting in refined residences that meld modern sophistication with understated elegance.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved building permits on March 15 for 11 Andrews, a 47-story mixed-use tower planned for 11 North Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. The building is now authorized to rise 496 feet above ground or 499 feet above sea level. Designed by CUBE 3 with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect and developed by Miami Beach-based Bachow Ventures, managed by Noah Bachow, the development will encompass 732,500 square feet of space, including 425 residential units, 7,400 square feet of commercial space, and 425 parking spaces.
