The $53 million transaction, financed by Cirrus Real Estate Partners, includes three parcels at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard, 345 NE 36th Street, and 409 NE 36th Street. Positioned at a key intersection connecting Edgewater with Miami’s Design District, the site provides convenient access to Midtown, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami.
