Just more than a month after Flagler Villas broke ground in Miami-Dade County, Related Urban Development Group has proposed the venture’s second phase, which would be located a block away.

McDowell Housing Partners (MHP) has completed construction on Southpointe Vista Phase I and secured financing for Phase II, marking the next step in a multi-phase affordable housing development in Miami-Dade County, near Cutler Bay. The project will introduce a total of 332 units across two buildings, providing housing for families and individuals earning at or below 70% of the area median income (AMI).

Hallandale Beach’s Planning and Zoning Board (PZB) intends to review a proposal that would replace a trailer park with a mixed-use venture.

Arlington-based Forestar Group has plans for a single-family housing development in Duval County. The developer has submitted site plans for Cedar River Station, its second proposed residential complex in the city within the last eight months.
