Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp. wants to proceed with a multi-family housing development in Plantation, FL. Currently, it’s seeking approval for a land use amendment and rezoning request of a 22.3-acre property––4.3 acres of which could host the new complex.

Kolter Urban has officially broken ground on The Island at West Bay Club, a 24-story luxury condominium designed by Garcia Stromberg and set to rise at 5100 Baybridge Blvd in Estero, Florida. The groundbreaking ceremony, held on January 29, 2025, marked a significant milestone in the development of the waterfront residential tower, which aims to bring resort-inspired living to Florida’s Paradise Coast. Compass is handling sales and marketing for the project.
