Hallandale Beach-based Gadamis Property LLC wants to proceed with the second phase of Nine Hollywood.

Miami’s Building Department has approved a site work permit for Tower 91, also known as Cassi, a 20-story mixed-use development set to rise at 91–93 NE 36th Street in the city’s Design District. The permit clears the way for initial groundwork to begin on the site, located just west of Biscayne Boulevard. The project is being developed by Design District Associates and Prinz Corner LLC, affiliated entities of Miami-based developer DACRA.

Tavistock Development Company has announced the first wave of confirmed tenants for Lake Nona West, a 405,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center currently under construction in Orlando’s Lake Nona region. Anchor tenant Target will be joined by national retailers including Nordstrom Rack, Total Wine & More, Barnes & Noble, and Homesense, collectively accounting for more than 300,000 square feet of pre-leased space. The project is on track to open in Spring 2026.

The Coronet 300 (formerly the Smith Empire Building) was constructed in the early 1920s, where it’s risen 11 stories over St. Petersburg for 100 years. Now, the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) hopes to move forward with demolishing the building and replacing it with a boutique hotel.

Construction has reached a major milestone at Villa Miami, a 56-story waterfront residential tower underway at 710 Northeast 29th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design with DeSimone Consulting Engineers as the structural engineer, and developed by Terra and One Thousand Group in collaboration with Major Food Group, the 650-foot-tall copper-clad skyscraper has officially completed its concrete foundation pour, setting the stage for vertical construction on what will become one of the tallest buildings along the Biscayne Bay shoreline.
