Exterior work is advancing at Nexo Residences, a 16-story, 254-unit short-term rental condominium development at 13899 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach. Designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc., with interiors, common areas, and landscaping by Urban Robot, the project is being developed by Fortune International Group and Blue Road. The site is bound by Biscayne Boulevard on the west, NE 139th Street on the north, and Highland Drive on the south, and remains on track for its planned 2026 delivery.
An affiliate of MRK Partners hopes to proceed with Federal Apartments, a multi-family housing development in Fort Lauderdale.
5400 North Flagler, a 31-story condominium tower in West Palm Beach, has been approved by the city’s Planning Board. Developed by Canada-based Great Gulf with designs by Safdie Architects and Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the project is planned for a 2.46-acre site in the Pinewood Park neighborhood, bounded by the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, 54th Street to the north, and North Flagler Drive to the west.
Glazing is nearing completion on One Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story residential tower rising within the 184-acre SoLé Mia master-planned community in North Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica, the building will span 869,000 square feet and contain 292 condominium residences. Juneau Construction Company is the general contractor.
